NetSuite which provides on-demand business software to small and medium businesses (SME’s)has revealed new features in it’s CRM software called CRM+. These new features are provided as an add-on module to it’s existing software which will allow it’s users to track more than one quota, do forecasts & set-up commission plans and then apply them.

CRM hosting involves the active hosting of a CRM application for the client (usually small, medium businesses) on their servers as opposed to the client hosting their own solutions. (more…)

Siebel, recently purchased by Oracle, has released the latest version of their CRM Professional Edition, which includes CRM OnDemand. Siebel’s main competitors in this market are IBM and Salesforce.com.
